This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits per printer, per annum, all routine replacement spares, a minimum of two Breakdown visits per site, per annum (amount is dependent on number of printers), up to £500.00 of spare parts per printer (fitted by a Domino engineer) and Extended Hours Helpline support. The contract also offers the following discounts.
