Flexibility

Software for all the major grader types (including Moba, Staalkat, Diamond) is integrated within the machine to allow operation with many models, so even when the grader is replaced the Domino ink jet printer can easily be relocated to a different grader type.

Compact and Reliable

Traditionally, ink jet egg systems have required external interface equipment, which interprets the grader communication protocol. The A-Series Egg Coder interface is integral to the machine, which results in a compact and reliable installation.

Farm to Fork Traceability

The A-Series Egg Coder can code up to three lines of variable mixed text and logos at the maximum production capacity of today’s biggest graders.

Industry Approved Solutions

The Egg Coder can be supplied in two configurations:

• Configuration 1: A standard EU approved printer, suitable for use outside the USA for coding onto eggshells.
• Configuration 2: A printer that complies with FDA legislation for direct food coding.

Fluids

445RD (EU approved) and 449RD (FDA approved) fluids, are specially developed fast drying, boil resistant, self-disinfecting ink which comply with the requirements of DEFRA and the FDA for direct coding onto eggshells.
